Criterion one
Serving size and daily dose count
The first thing to check is how many tablets or capsules make up a daily serving. Some men's formulas ask for two or three per day. Others are one-a-day. The nutrient quantities on the label refer to that serving size, not to a single tablet, which is where comparisons go wrong most often. A formula listing high amounts per two-tablet serving may deliver less per tablet than a one-a-day product.
PrimaMen is dosed at one serving per day, so the label numbers map directly to what you take. When two bottles appear to offer the same numbers, check whether one is quoting a single tablet and the other a full daily serving.
